“ISAGANA: Guimba Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Complex,” is an undergraduate thesis proposal for Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology’s AR 515 - Design 9 (Research Application) and AR 525 - Design 10 to be located in Guimba, Nueva Ecija. This project will serve as a response in the four thematic areas (disaster prevention and mitigation, disaster preparedness, disaster response, disaster rehabilitation, and recovery) of the National Risk Reduction and Management Council under Republic Act 10121, also known as Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010. It is limited to the municipal level, specifically the Municipal Risk Reduction and Management Office of Guimba, Nueva Ecija. The research contains the hazard profile of the municipality, the current condition of the site and facilities, and the architectural solutions.
