SUMMARY
Terminals are one of the vital part of a community. It can also be a point of interchange involving the different modes of transportation in its respective networks.
Therefore, the central and intermediate locations in the movements of passengers and freight. Prior to establishing the development, this assessment should evaluate the economic benefits of the initial investment both in the short term and over the long term.
Considering all the cases studied in terms of accommodation, leisure and transportation in different locales with different architectural design, the proponents find the importance of engaging in technology and latest innovation through uninhibited architectural solutions. It will give way to a better facility, efficient approach of traffic ways, secured and comfortable vehicles and offers opportunities for the economic condition of our society through commerce and tourism industry.
The architectural design of a project must be sustainable and economic friendly as the proponents considered and preserved the city & environment value and cultural aspect before the construction. Extensive study and planning are highly
RESEARCH TOPIC
An efficient sustainable and futuristic transport terminal is the main topic of the research. Before proceeding with additional study, several factors must be examined, including the area, its environment, residents, the existing on-going organizations in connection to the research topic, and the project & efficiency for the community and its users.
THE RESEARCH BODY
The recent advancement in modernization and technology, buildings have become a complex series of systems, structures, and technologies. The passage of time, each entity inside the building has undergone a series of transformation.
Building owners are now considering the connection of each component in the building as well as in the environment in a dynamic and integrated way.
The main focus is to design a sustainable and cost-effective future transportation systems that answers the facing growing concerns related to energy, the environment, safety, and security. Minimizes the negative environmental impact of buildings by enhancing efficiency and limitation in the use of materials and development space. Base on the case studies of the proponents, the aim of the proposed project focuses on the development of sustainable neo-futurism, a comprehensive approach of selecting and integrating services and processes that account for a long-term satisfaction and environmental conservation. A design which redirects on building the future, not just the structures. With all of these case studies as a reference, it’s possible to accomplish the proposal and can produce much better design concepts, methods, and strategies for future use.
