Strategically located in Tungkong Mangga, near key landmarks and civic centers, the museum is designed to be easily accessible to residents, students, tourists, and visitors from neighboring communities. Its planned facilities—including thoughtfully curated exhibit areas, a well-resourced library, and versatile learning spaces—will provide opportunities for cultural education, artistic exploration, and community programming. More than just a repository of heritage, the project aspires to cultivate an inclusive, interactive, and engaging environment that celebrates local traditions, fosters civic pride, and contributes to both cultural enrichment and economic growth. Through its design and programming, the Museo de San Jose aims to strengthen community cohesion, encourage participation in cultural activities, and promote a deeper appreciation of the city’s heritage for current and future generations.

Its comprehensive environmental strategies include the installation of solar panels to harness renewable energy, rainwater harvesting systems to promote water conservation, and permeable pavers to effectively manage stormwater runoff. Collectively, these measures reflect a deliberate commitment to sustainability at both macro and micro levels, demonstrating the museum’s alignment with contemporary ecological and architectural standards.
