Another student, who took an earlier exam - the Special Professional Licensure Board Examination - Foreign Licensure Examinations for Architects ( SPLBE-FLEA), placed fourth in the said exam. The SPLBE-FLEA was conducted on April 22-23, 2023, in countries in the Middle East, including Manama, Bahrain; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, KSA; Doha, Qatar; Al Ahmadi, Kuwait: Abu-Dhabi and Dubai, UAE; and Singapore.
